will contact you via email if there is any delay on the expected delivery
time, due to any stock shortages. Items which have been pre-ordered
with an expected delivery date will be despatched as soon as the items
become available, you will again be notified of any delay via email. Returns Policy If you are dissatisfied in anyway with the goods you have ordered, you can contact Blueshire to request a returns. You can make a request to return items via email, or telephone: Email:
returns@blueshire.com Please make sure you provide your order number, a list of all the items you wish to return, along with a reason against each item. Blueshire can only accept a returned item which has been unworn, with all labels and cards intact within 28 days. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to return any items, if the items are lost in transit then no refund will be given and all claims should be taken up with the chosen delivery company. Any items which are faulty and covered by the manufacturers warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer as explained on the products header card. If you are unsure please email returns@blueshire.com Blueshire will refund the items returned as soon as possible but only upon satisfactory inspection. We will send you an email to let you know when we have successfully/unsuccessfully processed your return. Order
Cancellation To cancel this contract, either email our customer services department, with your order number or telephone the customer services department on UK local rate 0845 130 6143, or International +441530 839117. If we have already shipped your order, you must return the items intact as detailed in our returns policy. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The
personal information we receive from customers during the order process
will never be passed onto any 3rd party without asking the customer

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do collate statistics about site traffic, and sales patterns using the information captured, which we may from time to time disclose with other organisations. However this does not include any information personally identifying a single or group of customers. If we should need to change our policy on information disclosure to any 3rd party we will inform you via email prior to the change. We
follow strict security guidelines to prevent unauthorised access to
our information storage as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation. Complaints Procedure Blueshire welcomes any comments about our site and service, good or bad. The site's success relies on you telling us how to improve the service for your benefit. We aim to deal with any complaints quickly and fairly, if you have any reason to complain, or would like to make a constructive comment or criticism then please email customer services at custserv@blueshire.com. Blueshire will aim to respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome, please contact us again, and a customer services manager will respond within 24 hours of receipt. |
