During mid-2002 thru early-2003 I had the good fortune to work on a
project that took me to the town of Bedford. During that time I
visited one of their downtown department stores and was fortunate
enough to buy some HJ Hall Softop socks. They are great,
comfortable and work as advertised, and although they are still
holding up well, I knew it was time find more. The problem was I
couldn’t remember the brand name of the socks. After some searching
I found your web site, placed an order for several pair of socks to
ensure I got the correct one (plus try a new one), received regular
notification on the order, and have received delivery here in the
U.S. All of this in one weeks time (25 Oct –ordered; 1 Nov
–received). Quite frankly I don’t remember getting this type of
quick response and service from even some of the top name companies
I’ve dealt with that are out there and a bit closer to home. Please
give my thanks to your personnel for a very responsive, smooth, and
efficient operation.
